Our JOURNEY TO POINT LENANA-MT KENYA PROGRAM continues! We are stepping up the intensity for our second preparation hike as we conquer the rugged and breathtaking Rurimeria Moorland in the Aberdares! Standing at 3,860m, this trail is a crucial milestone designed to introduce your body to serious high-altitude trekking. Known for its steep ridges, unique boggy moorlands, and spectacular tussock grass landscapes, Rurimeria will test your physical pacing, teach you how your body adapts to thinning air, and build the mental grit needed for Mt. Kenya.

INVESTMENT: KES 3,800 per person.

ITINERARY: 05:00 AM: Meeting point at TRM & departure. 07:45 AM: Arrival at the Starting Point. 08:00 AM: Hike briefing and warm-up. 08:15 AM: Hike starts. 02:00 PM: Mandatory turnback and descend. 05:00 PM: Departure for Nairobi. TICKET INCLUSIVE OF:Transport, Achievement badge, Park entrance fees, Water & light snacks, Guide fees, and Epic Moorland Vibes. Hiking Distance: 15 Km (High Intensity — steep ridges, boggy terrain, and rapid altitude gain). Exclusive: Anything NOT aforementioned (e.g., personal gear, lunch, etc.)
